Ringwood residents have been given an opportunity to tell local politicians what they think about important issues of the day. Local Campaigner, Terry Scriven and the local Lib Dem Team have been out in force in recent weeks, knocking on doors and talking directly to residents about local concerns.

The energetic campaigners have also been delivering the widest ever residents' survey, aimed at picking up issues and helping inform Lib Dem policy for the next set of District and Town Council elections.

Terry Scriven says "We have had a terrific response from going out to meet people at their doorsteps. Hundreds of people have completed and returned our survey forms. It is already clear that there are a number of key issues that concern local people. The views and ideas on every single form will be carefully considered. In some cases I have already taken action. I will feedback the results of the survey in due course".

Local Lib Dem Councillor, Peter Chambers says "I was delighted to join the Lib Dem Team on the survey work. This is one of the best ways of finding out what people think about local and national issues. It has been a very informative exercise".
