Lesley is an ordained minister, a former youth club leader and has previously set up projects within the Community.

She is the vice-chair of the School Governors at Lydlynch Infant School.

Lorella is also a former School Governor and is married to County Councillor Alan Weeks.

In addition to two grown-up children, Lorella has a seven year old daughter who attends Foxhills Infant School.
